Only 4 players on the Twins’ current 40-man roster have not been called up to the major leagues this season. The other 36 players have been on the big league roster at least once at some point this season. Catcher Steve Holm and Nishioka were also on the big league roster near the beginning of the season and are currently not on the 40-man roster. That means the Twins have used 38 total players this year and called up 13 players so far from the minor leagues. Most of them have been called up multiple times or stayed on the active roster for a long period of time. The four players that have not seen action yet are David Bromberg (P), Deolis Guerra (P), Chris Parmelee (IF), and Joe Benson (OF). The way things are going they may see action in the major leagues sooner rather than later.
