Wouldn’t it be great to go a whole season without hearing the words Migraine and Harvin in the same sentence. Well, Percy has offered Vikings fans a reason for optimism. In a recent interview with Ed Miller of the Virginian-Pilot Harvin had this to say:

“This is the best I’ve felt, probably, since I’ve been in kindergarten,”

“There were a couple of things they found in my neck that I won’t get into – some things they found and fixed, along with diet and the rest of the things that can cause them,” Harvin said.  ”It’s been great, and knock on wood, it’ll continue.”

Minnesota will need Percy to take a step forward this year and need him practicing more with a new offense being installed and most likely a new quarterback. In the past, plays designed specifically for Harvin sometimes had to be removed because he couldn’t participate in practice. Even with these difficulties, Harvin has managed to still be a playmaker on the field.
