Derrick Williams was pretty much a unanimous selection to be a top two pick by all the experts. He is a 6-9 250 pound forward from the University of Arizona. He is thought to have the most star power and the best chance to become a star in the NBA. In the NBA he is what they call a tweener, meaning he is projected to play either SF or PF in the NBA. Only time will tell what the Wolves decide to play him as. He is strong and athletic, a great shot creator and scorer. He fits the mold of what the Timberwolves have wanted in all of their players.
