The Seattle Seahawks now have Darrell Bevell as their new offensive coordinator after he left the Vikings last season. They have reportedly brought in Tarvaris Jackson to their quarterback mix and now it has been reported they are making a big push for Sidney Rice as well. The Seahawks have around $40M of cap space which is plenty of room to make some big moves this offseason. The Vikings were expected to make a contract offer to Rice in order to retain him but they may not be able to match the amount of money offered by Seattle. It is unknown if Rice would want to join a team with Tarvaris Jackson and Charlie Whitehurst battling for the starting QB job. More to come as news is released.
