What we once speculated has become reality. Michael Jenkins has been signed to help shoulder the loss of Sidney Rice to Seattle. Jenkins signed a 3 year deal with terms not yet available. The move is logical considering that Vikings’ new offensive coordinator, Bill Musgrave, was the quarterbacks coach for Atlanta. Jenkins was a first round pick by Atlanta out of Ohio State, however, he never really lived up to that status. This may have been because of inconsistent quarterback play before Matt Ryan arrived or being the second fiddle to superstar Roddy White.
