Randy Moss will always be remembered as a Viking in my mind. We already mentioned that he has retired. It would seem he still had some left in the tank but for some reason decided to hang up the cleats. Many people will talk about off the field incidents and things of that nature but Randy Moss, the athlete, should be remembered in one way – better than everyone else. Year after year he would put up monster numbers with Joe Schmoe as his quarterback. How was this possible? All his QB had to do is be able to throw it 50 or 60 yards and Moss would do the rest. But what does he do when a Hall-of-Famer throwing him the ball? Breaks the single season touchdown record. He had arguably the best hands of any receiver, ever, not to mention a rumored sub 4.20 speed. Next time he throws his hand up it won’t be because he is beating his defender downfield but because he is beating all his peers to the Hall of Fame. Check out the video to bring back some fond Vikings memories.
