The Vikings’ Secondary could be without 3 starters on sunday against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers explosive passing attack.

The Vikings were already depleted in the secondary with Winfield battling an injury and Sanford suffering a concussion last week. The Vikings’ secondary took another big hit today as Chris Cook was arrested and will miss Sunday’s game. Cook was quietly having a solid season for the Vikings mostly playing opposite the other teams number one receiver. Winfield and Sanford are both listed as doubtful for Sunday’s game and are likely to sit out. Cedric Griffin and Asher Allen are expected to start at corner with Marcus Sherels and Brandon Burton seeing a lot of playing time as well. Husain Abdullah and Tyrell Johnson are expected to start at safety with Mistral Raymond likely to be activated for his first game of the season. The Vikings will look to their defensive line to get pressure on the quarterback and make the job easier for this young an inexperienced secondary.
