Today, the Vikings placed injured Steve Hutchinson on injury reserve ending his season. This created a roster spot and allowed them to sign Jordan Todman from the Chargers practice squad. The Chargers selected Todman in the 6th round of the 2011 NFL Draft which was the 183rd overall pick. Todman played college football at the University of Connecticut.
