Malcolm LeeAccording to Malcolm Lee himself (via Twitter), he will be heading to start his rehab stint from offseason knee surgery. Lee has been out since December 30th after having surgery to repair a torn meniscus on his left knee. The Sioux Falls Skyforce play in the NBA Development League and are affiliates with the Timberwolves among other teams. It is not clear when exactly Lee will meet up with the team. It is not unheard of to send players on rehab stints there for a short period. Minnesota did this in years past with Jonny Flynn. Lee is regarded more as a defensive presence and could be a big help with the Wolves woes when defending opposing shooting guards. Keep an eye on the D-League box score to see how Malcolm fares in his first action this season. Sioux Falls play Dakota on Tuesday, February 7th.
