The Wild have agreed to terms on a contract extension with Center Kyle Brodziak. The deal is for three years and worth $8.49M, about $2.83M per year. Brodziak has scored 40 goals and 98 points for the Wild in 221 games. He is a gritty third line center for the Wild and has excelled offensively this season on a team that hasn’t produced much at all. He is second on the team with 15 goals and third in total points with 29. This is a key signing for the Wild as he would have been arguably their biggest free agent to reach the market this summer.
