The trade deadline seemed to come like a lion and go out like a lamb. Minnesota’s name was all over headlines and seemed to be involved in just about every deal until crunch time came. Sometimes, late deals that slipped under the radar do occur but that doesn’t seem to be the case this year. It is possible that Kahn just liked hearing his team name in the headlines. In reality, the main problem is that other teams seemed to want Luke Ridnour but David Kahn and Rick Adelman stood their ground. It makes sense considering he seems to be our only healthy guard left. With the shortened season with little to no practice time a trade might not have paid off in the short-term anyway. I hoped fans liked the Wolves roster at the beginning of the year because it will be the same one they finish it with.
