The Minnesota Vikings finally addressed their biggest need by signing ex-Bear CB Zack Bowman to a 1-year deal. Bowman is another one of Spielman’s low risk signings agreeing to a contract with no bonuses and no guarantees.  At this point, this shouldn’t come as much of a surprise as Spielman continues to preach building through the draft and appears to be sticking to his word. Bowman, 27, was a 5th round pick by Chicago and his best season came in 2009 when he finished the season with 6 interceptions and 66 tackles.
